Your starting line — when in-person training returns in 2027
You will not need to be in fighting shape to begin.
When Coach Donnel returns in 2027 and in-person classes resume, we will teach fundamentals at a pace that helps you build confidence, coordination, fitness, and respect for the craft. Until then, you can start now with online coaching.
Beginners will be expected
No experience, no problem. When classes resume, we will slow things down and help you learn footwork, stance, defense, and punches the right way.
Train with community
When in-person group classes return, they will be welcoming and coach-led, so you can work hard without feeling judged or left behind.
Real boxing, safely taught
Coach Donnel will bring fighter experience back into practical in-person training for fitness, skill, and personal growth once the gym reopens.
